It starts with the building and the hotel facilities, until the smallest detail and a very important part is the continuous training of our staff.

Your satisfaction is important to us and we would like to constantly optimize and improve our quality for you. For several years, we submit ourselves to self-imposed quality checks over and over again. As a result of this, we are awarded with the quality mark Q level II as part of “Service quality Germany” in 2010.

The Familotel-nice-holiday-guarantee as well as the TÜV-certificate „O.K. for KIDS“, the official award of the Child Welfare Council and the TÜV-Nord, promise you an all-round feel-good holiday. For the Kinderland-classifications we have to meet stringent quality requirements as well. The Kinderhotel Oberjoch has been awarded with the highest classification possible: 5 bears! Quality means: “service without restrictions and compromises for a nice holiday!“
