Informations from A – Z

Arrival / departure
On the day of arrival your room is available after 15:00 pm.
We kindly ask you to leave your room before 11:00 am on the day of departure.

Cancellation insurance
Because something unforeseen can occur at all times, we recommend to take out a cancellation insurance!

Parking / underground parking
Outside parking is free.
Our hotel offers enough parking places in the underground parking.
The rate for the underground parking is 5,00 EUR per day/car or 15,00 EUR per week.

Payments
You can pay your bill cash, by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express) and by EC-card. Please note, that many banks have a day limit of 1.000,00 EUR per day. For more information about your day limit, please ask your bank.

Pets
Pets are only allowed in some rooms and on request in advance
For the accommodation of pets without food we charge:
€ 12,00 per night in single- and double rooms, 1-room family room
€ 17,00 per night in the 2-room family rooms and studios

Ski bus shuttle in the winter
Our ski bus shuttle brings you to the Iseler skiing centre and back every day.

Tourist tax
The tourist tax is not included in the listed prices and
is charged separately per person / day:
from 15.12. to 31.03. € 2.90 per adult + € 1,40 youth
from 01.04. to 14.12. € 2.10 per adult + € 0.90 youth

Age groups for the tourist tax contribution from 12/01/2010 to 11/30/2011:
1995 or older: adult
1996 to 2005: youth
2006 and younger: children (exempt from tourist tax)
In 2012 the years of birth increase by one.
